These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of qiveera.com and purchases from Qiveera Ventures. By accessing the website, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms, subject to applicable law.
1. ABOUT QIVEERA
Qiveera Ventures offers pet grooming and personal-care products primarily intended for dogs, including shampoos, dry-bath products, grooming sprays, pet perfumes and other pet-care products.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding transaction or are acting with lawful parent/guardian involvement where applicable. Information provided must be accurate, current and complete.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to keep descriptions, images, ingredients, sizes, prices and other information accurate. Packaging, colour appearance, label design or other non-material characteristics may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, packaging updates or manufacturing variations. Read the product label, directions and warnings before use.
4. PRODUCT USE
Use Qiveera products only for their intended purpose and according to label/packaging directions. Unless specifically stated otherwise, grooming products are for external use only. Keep away from eyes and sensitive areas. If irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs, discontinue use and consult a veterinarian where appropriate.
5. NO SUBSTITUTE FOR VETERINARY CARE
Website, product, social-media, advertising and packaging information is for general product information. Unless specifically stated and legally authorised otherwise, Qiveera grooming products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent veterinary diseases and are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice.
6. PRICING
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes will be included or displayed as required. Prices, discounts and offers may change for future orders. Obvious pricing/technical errors may be corrected subject to applicable law.
7. ORDERS
Orders are subject to verification, payment confirmation, stock availability and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel for legitimate reasons such as unavailability, obvious pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect delivery information or violation of these Terms/law. Eligible prepaid cancelled orders will be refunded.
8. PAYMENTS
Supported methods may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, other online methods and COD where available. Payments may be processed by third parties. Qiveera personnel will not require your OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN or internet-banking password.
9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, holidays, remote locations, disruptions or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Customers are responsible for accurate delivery details.
10. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS
These are governed by our separate Refund, Return & Replacement Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS & DISCOUNT CODES
Offers may have separate conditions, validity periods, minimum purchase requirements, product restrictions and usage limits. Unless otherwise specified, offers cannot be exchanged for cash, may not be combined, may be modified before an order is placed, and may be limited to specified products/customers/periods.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Qiveera name, brand identity, logos, product names, labels, packaging designs, website content, graphics, photographs, videos and written content are owned by or licensed to Qiveera Ventures, subject to applicable rights, and may not be commercially copied or used without permission except as permitted by law.
13. ACCEPTABLE USE OF WEBSITE
You must not use the website unlawfully or fraudulently, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with security, scrape content without authorisation, misrepresent identity/payment information, place fraudulent orders, or infringe intellectual-property rights.
14. REVIEWS & USER CONTENT
Content you submit must be content you have the right to provide and must not be unlawful, defamatory, misleading, abusive, infringing or fraudulent. Where you expressly permit promotional use, Qiveera may reproduce/display it in accordance with that permission and law.
15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Third-party payment gateways, couriers, social platforms and other providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. Qiveera is not responsible for independent third-party acts or omissions except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qiveera Ventures will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from product misuse, failure to follow instructions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
17. INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses or claims reasonably arising from your unlawful website use, fraud, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.
